People still think the US's invasion of Iraq is all about the oil... While I grant you, the invasion wasn't 100% altruistic, it was also not all about the oil.

Isn't it nice for people not from America to blame the world's ills on the US when their own country is too weak (militarily/economically etc) or spineless to take a role... It's better, rather than admitting their position and desire to help themselves first and foremeost, to blame the US... |
You`re right it`s not all about oil. It`s about oil and securing a permanant military presense in a strategic area of the world, in order to be better set up to put the heat on Iran. |
