Three times in 24 hours you've hurled personal insults in my direction instead of adult discussion. Getting close to hitting the red exclamation mark, and that takes a lot ... by the way, wannago and I have been longtime enemies (but mostly cordial, um, with exceptions), so don't make him mad by claiming he is part of my "following."

In all fairness to Bramble you did begin it with remarks about her. Up to that point she hadn't said anything to you in this thread. If you go around provoking people and then threatening to hit the "red x" I doubt you'll find much sympathy.
That said, the Bramble-Bobster issue reminds me of this kid I knew in Grade 4 who had a crush on this girl (and vice versa) who sat ahead of him. Unfortunately they knew of no other way to express their emotions except to tease each other to exasperation.

I suggested SHE hit the red 'x' instead of either resorting to personal remarks or asking the moderators to censor people's opinions that make her uncomfortable. She persists with the insults intead. I've made no personal remarks about her, aside from what I've been willing to do the work to show. I've offered the olive branch on numerous occasions and stated publicly I'm done with her, yet she still comes around. Highly annoying, if you must know ... |

TUM, it's nice to see that you're still around and didn't have to come back under a new name. But I'm very surprised to see you of all people defending The Bobster, after that fiasco a couple of years ago where he did basically the same thing to you that he's attempting to do here. Personally, if I'd been in your place when that incident happened, I would have hauled his fat hippie ass into court. I'm surprised you don't recognize a pattern. |

I can't believe I'm defending bobster....BUT...
YOU have been the arrogant party in this whole thread, not bobster. I'm just dying to know (and also really want to eat a HAMBURGER, but that's not what this thread is about anymore) how you would have hauled bob into court. Truly. Please tell us how you haul someone into court over what is written on a message board with anonymous names. I think there's something missing from your diet that makes your brain go a little haywire.
FACT: You didn't want anyone to dissent from your "opinion" that veganism is just another fanatical religion. When people started questioning your beliefs (and, god knows, that NEVER happens on this forum), you evidently went straight to the red X (or whatever it is).
Please, get over yourself. If you want to practice veganism, fine. No one says that you can't/shouldn't do it. But if you want to practice it without anyone questioning or poking fun at it, you are in the wrong place. |

Is it? Or is that what you vegan friends have brainwashed you to believe? My vegetarian friends (not militant vegans like you) eat white rice, sugar, and refined flour. I guess they're just not as morally superior as you. |
I eat plenty of crap, but I don't have kids. Most vegan parents are far better educated about nutrition than the average meat eater and know enough not to subject their kids to a steady diet of garbage. And in infancy, obviously they'd breastfeed. |
Sure...But the vegan parents apparently didn't know or care that soy milk isn't enough to feed an infant. They could have fed the child soy infant formula, which is why I suspect that the real motivation for feeding the kid soy milk wasn't a lifestyle one but rather an economical one. They were basically too cheap to buy soy based baby formula, and therefore they were negligent. That is why they were convicted. |
