I do know that most of the teachers here do not pay taxes. I also know that they are illegaly teaching other subjects in the hagwan. I have my threats lined up, but I will only use them if I absolutly need to.

It's nice that you got paid now, but expect your boss to try and screw you out of your severance. You need to make a pre-emptive strike on your boss and let him know - in no uncertain terms - what you'll do if he tries to keep your bonus (or any other owed money) from you.

Then again, you've just proved to be a willing doormat for two weeks, so it's unlikely he'll take you that seriously.
