I spent many years in Austin, from about the age of 18 to 27 or so... minus years spent in college in North Texas. One of the occassional late night past-times was watching Alex Jones on public access television get his start.
We would have a few beers in us and laugh at his antics. I heard he got syndicated now, maybe that's been for a while though. He used to talk constantly of black helicopter gunships coming in the middle of the night all over American and raiding people's homes and taking away their guns. He would provide stories and the say if you go to your roof sometimes and look for them you will see these black ops weapons waged against Americans roaming the skies.
Maybe he has toned down his idiocy but he sure was comical to listen to amongst peers as he would sweat and rant like a retard trapped in his mother's basement at 40... all out of D&D modules and bent on conspiracy theory notions. |
