I wouldn't bother tomato. He's just responding to everyone's comments to keep his threads bumped to fulfill his narcissistic needs.

He may be eloquent, convincing, intelligent and seemingly kind but please keep in mind that even the most beautiful flowers have deep, dark and twisted roots that can strangle those below it.

Every two weeks, I post messages / instructions I have received from Yeshua on The Fellowship website. Following is the most recent message:


Readers of The Fellowship of Yeshua: Communing With Your Ascended Soul Guides will be aware of the Chakra Activation Meditation in chapter 16. The meditation given by Yeshua in the book is designed to energize and awaken the six most important chakras of the astral body: the crown chakra, the third eye chakra, the heart chakra, the solar plexus chakra, the sacral chakra, and the root chakra.

The method given in chapter 16 works well to energize and awaken those specific chakra centers mentioned above. However, I have recently received from Yeshua an even more powerful chakra activation meditative system. It is important NOT to practice this new method until you have been practicing the original meditation in chapter 16. The original meditation is designed to awaken the chakras, and your realization of those chakras. It is similar to awakening from sleep. You do not want a jolt, but you want to ease into awakening. The chakra activation meditation in chapter 16 will ease you into a primary state of chakra energy and awakening. The advanced chakra meditation below is the next step.

After you have been practicing the chakra activation meditation in chapter 16 for about two to three weeks, you can begin practicing this more advanced meditation. Please follow the instructions carefully.


Advanced Chakra Activation Meditation
30-40 minutes


1. Sit in a lotus position on the floor, or in a steady chair with your back straight.

2. Breathe in and out slowly for about 5 minutes, visualizing pure energy filling you with every breath, and tension leaving you with every exhalation. Think only about the breath. If other thoughts come into your mind, immediately refocus your mind only on the inhalation and exhalation of pure universal energy.

3. After 5 minutes, or when you feel completely peaceful and focused, say (either out loud or internally) the following sentences in order with each inhalation and exhalation:


*Breathing in peace, breathing out tension.
*Breathing in unity, breathing out differentiation.
*Breathing in compassion, breathing out hatred.
*Breathing in success, breathing out failure.
*Breathing in health, breathing out sickness.
*Breathing in joy, breathing out sadness.
*Breathing in wealth, breathing out poverty.


4. When you finish the sentences above, breathe deeply in and out three more times, visualizing pure energy filling every part of your body.

5. Hold your hands in front of your body, palms facing one another about 6 inches apart. As you breathe in, feel universal energy storing in your solar plexus region. As you breathe out, visualize powerful streams of universal energy flowing through your palms and forming an energy sphere between your palms. Continue visualizing this for at least 3 minutes.

6. On the next inhalation, place your palms on your crown chakra, and see a pure stream of energy pouring down from above into your solar plexus region. As you breathe in, feel the stream of energy filling your solar plexus. As you breathe out, feel the energy in your solar plexus exiting through your palms into your crown chakra. Continue the same focus on your crown chakra for seven breathing cycles, or until you feel completely energized in the crown chakra.

7. When you feel the crown chakra is sufficiently energized, move on to the third eye chakra (placing palms on each temple). As you breathe in, feel the stream of energy filling your solar plexus. As you breathe out, feel the energy in your solar plexus exiting through your palms into your third eye. Feel your third eye chakra expanding. Turn your eyes inward and "look" at your third eye as it expands and glows. As you breathe out through your palms, feel the third eye pulsating. Continue the same focus on your third eye chakra for seven breathing cycles, or until you feel completely energized in the third eye chakra.

8. Continue the same pattern with the throat chakra, the heart chakra, the solar plexus chakra, and the root chakra. Place your palms on each chakra region as you awaken it.

9. After the root chakra has been energized, inhale and feel pure energy completly filling your body from head to toe. As you exhale, feel the energy exit every pore and orifice of your body to create a protective energy sphere around you. Focus on this for at least five minutes.

10. When you are finished, simply say the following mini-prayer: "Thank you Spirit, thank you Father and Mother, thank you Yeshua."
