| Fair enough, the Big Ten did finally win some bowl games this year. What's their record so far including the two wins today? And how did the supposedly second best team in the country (Michigan) do? |

so the pac-10 is superior to the big 10 then?
And just wait until January 8th to make your final judgement. |

| OU came back to tie it, but BSU pulled a real gutsy move in OT. |

| hey, it can't be helped if Michigan already had its heart ripped out by OSU. It'd be tough for anyone to come back form that, let alone those women. All kidding aside, USC is a tough squad, no shame in losing to them. Ohio State woulda killed them however.... |

I think it's great that at least one argument was settled on the field...
Michigan is not the 2nd best team in the country...
Unless fans want to claim that they could beat USC in a neutral stadium (i.e. Ohio State), or that they couldn't get up for the Rose Bowl, which is kinda silly..
Sometimes, you just have to admit that other teams are better than your team.
For instance, I can admit that Rutgers was better than K-State...It pains me to say it, but 'tis true. |

But Michigan beat Wisconsin....I think when the Buckeyes get through with Florida they should hop on a plane and deal with those tricky buggers in Idaho.... |

| I wonder if any of the people who said that Michigan and Ohio State were the two best teams in the country before bowl season will chime in on this thread. |

I knew I shoulda kept my mouth shut. I blame it on the fact I had to work. We lost the Texas game last year and I was at work for that one too. Football gods punish those who don't worship properly. |

The Gators dominated every phase of the game except for place kicking. It was appropriate that the Ohio State marching band played the theme from Titanic at half-time...
So, Florida Gators are the reigning champs in football, basketball - and "Dancing With the Stars" (I saw Emmitt Smith play for the Gators when I lived in Gainesville ...) Might have something to do with the fact that they let Hare Krishnas march with a float in their Homecoming Parade every year... |
