The simple matter is, that he's already served tow full terms. That particual ammendment make it two terms in a lifetime not two terms a break and then more.
I can't remember the numeber but it is easy to google, "term limitis for US presidents" |

Yes, why don't you google it and read it. Then get back to us. It'll probably help if you learn how to spell "limits" though. |

You might want to read the last sentence in the 12th Amendment to the Constitution.
"But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States."
By the 22nd Amendment ("No person shall be elected President more than twice"), Clinton is not eligible to be elected President. Therefore, by the 12th Amendment, he's not eligible to be Vice President either. |

Woohoo! Someone with at least two working brain cells.
The 12th Amendment refers to age and place of birth. i.e. you must be US born and at least 35 to serve as VP.
The 22nd just says you can't be elected to the office of President more than twice. It doesn't say you're ineligible to serve as President more than twice.
Not that it matters, Bill has no interest no being VP. But he'd most certainly be eligible for a cabinet position. |

The reaction of JFK appointing Bobby to be AG pretty well preculdes a cabinet position.
I would suddgest his best position would be under the desk in the oval office, cleaning up shit spots.
