To get back on topic:
While I'm generally sympathetic to those who oppose the war in Iraq (I am one of them) the simple fact is that these people signed up for the military. And now they want out? Are they stupid? What did they think was going to happen...America isn't exactly the most peace-loving country out there.
And Canada should help them get out of what they signed up for? It's just crazy. They're already wasted enough of Canada's resources on their court battles. |
