christ, you guys actually put effort into cooking breakfast,

2 slices of toast with jam, followed by a large strong black coffe and a cigarette, while watching rubbish on super action.

Cant be assed cooking in the morning, or anything for that matter, but i would happily marry a fat amputee if they cooked me a fried breakfast with tea every morning.

In terms of preparation time and calories, I think I may have all of you beat (if it's a competition, which of course it isn't). Here's what I eat:

- coffee, black. First I grind the beans, then run the outside of my french press under hot water. Put the beans and boiling water. Stir after two minutes; pour after four.

- two servings of oatmeal, cooked in water with a quarter cup of skim milk and with blackberries, cranberries and wild blueberries mixed when it's almost done cooking.

- five egg white, two yolk omelet with minced garlic, chopped onions, peppers, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes and with a slice of cheese in the middle.

Sigh. I am the bloody breakfast. Each morning I wake up to a little 10 kg rascal, who pounces on my boobs and sucks them dry.

guys just a friendly diet suggestion

don't drink cow milk. it contains the protein casein which is known to be linked to various common diseases. I think mainly cancer. this is from a well-documented nutrition book written by a cornell phd, with over 700 citations to scientific journal publications.

Given just how many people drink cows milk, we should all be dead by now.

A heads up to those of you who want/eat cereal: Homeplus has the best selection of the stores I know. But where do you get rolled oats?

Shocked

Tell your husband to put on a few pounds.
Razz

Seriously. I was reading this with my own 10kg rascal on my knee looking at me. Made me laugh.

just because you have a disease it doesn't mean you'll instantly die.
autopsies of many people who die from old age frequently reveal they had all kinds of cancer before they died but just didn't know it.

anyway on a lighter note, yea cereal is great.
