[hey it feels good to be able to say that & expect my post to stay posted]

Thanks for the explanations & kudos for letting a couple threads run regarding how this forum functions. An element of transparency is useful all around & to me its reassuring to learn that reasoned debate goes on behind the scenes before actions are taken. Secrecy leads to suspicions & I'm sure you dont wish your decisions to be seen as an iron fist.

Tough job youve undertaken & the results speak for themselves -- a lively & informative board that can be edgy & provocative at times but seldom degenerates into hurtfulness.
