Soda's great, but I usually only have it when I'm at fast food places, so maybe two or three times a month. It does seem weird to me when I see people drink it all the time. Sometimes a cold coke or root beer is the best thing. I love having great genes and being healthy and not having to worry about what I drink, or only drinking water.

I would love to see the study that says that water in it's pure form is dangerous and chemically reactive.

I say ban dihydrogen monoxide immediately! It's in our waterways and lakes! It's in the taps in our kitchens and bathrooms! It might even be in your baby's tippy cup! It's the major component of acid rain and it even causes global warming. Beware!

Lost a lot of weight after I quit drinking soda (not that I was over weight to begin with). Now I rarely drink soda, and only drink water and tea (which is water based).

I try to avoid fluoridated water because it has shown to double the risk of bone disease, decrease IQ, and sterilize men over a long period of time. It is also a cumulative toxin that builds up in the system like mercury.
