Seriously you sound like one of those Canucks or Brits that bashes everything America does mainly because you're jealous and have a massive inferiority complex.
So the day some evil SOB hijacks your planes and crashes them into your buildings killing thousands and harming tens of thousands of you people.... then goes on for the next decade basically thumbing his nose at your dead and making more attempts to kill your people, that's the day when you'll see things the way we do. And thats the day you pansy hippie liberals will grow a damn spine and stop *beep* footing around every issue.
People can say "oh it was an attack against the West and democracy so it was attach against us all" bullpucky. It was an attack against America and America served that evil f** justice today with an M16 round to the head.
Your the playground bully, what goes around, comes around. And no I don't condone people losing their life.
Also you funded this regime for years, you seem to forget about that one. You sound like somebody from Fox news, they'll certainly keep you brainwashed.
Oh, and you've WON NOTHING, and won't WIN NOTHING in the Middle East, it's that simple.
My final point on this matter is that i don't believe this story, at all. Keep on invading, perhaps Pakistan next eh, all the while your national debt continues to increase!! |

I'm neither jealous nor have a massive inferiority complex. Why should I, we have free health care, something you'll never have. And you call yourself a first world country, Cuba offers better health care. But hey Mr. LIBERAL, I guess you don't want SOCIALIZED health care eh. |

Canada tends to not invite that sort of thing upon itself. |

Yeah, Toronto is not the high-profile terrorist target that DC, NYC, and London are. Go figure. |

I think it would be really ironic if all the celebrating suddenly turned into one of those fanatastic American-style impromptu riots.
'HE'S DEAD! LET'S BREAK S%$^!'
I wonder what sort of enemy they'll create for themselves next??? |

If the last decade's wars were about revenge, we have some serious thinking to do. |

Americans should celebrate. It is WAR. King Bin Laden of the Canaanites is dead! He was a figurehead for a decade now like that dude in the novel 1984...was it Bronstein ?
Nothing wrong with hating your enemy during wartime |

Oh how to be the man to have double tapped into Osama's head. It would probably be a security risk to release his name, but imagine the followings this man would ignite.
I came across this which made me laugh.

You know what, this is just something Americans and non-Americans wont be able to see eye-to-eye on. You just can't understand. You didn't watch in horror ten years ago as your towers fell and all of your fellow countrymen down bellow suffering. People send thoughts and condolences, by they never fully felt the pain our entire country felt that day and the days that followed. Try to imagine terrorist blowing up the CN Tower or something and you might begin to understand our perspective.
And then for a while, it was like we'd never get justice. We had a president (that many saw as an idiot) invade a country that had nothing to do with that day and thousands more of our patriots die for a reason few of us could understand. It was looking like the bad guy was going to get away and there was nothing we could do.
But then it happened. And it didn't happen with a bunch of bombs and destroyed the whole area and any attempt at evidence. No. It happened with an American in uniform pumped an M16 round to his face. After a decade of waiting, a weight of unmeasurable pounds had been lifted off our collective shoulders and tears of joy and victory fell from proud American faces at home and around the globe.
Does these mean this war is over. No. And we all recognize that. But it is a symbolic victory. And symbolism can mean so much in times like these and in a war like this. It symbolizes American resolve. That if you hit us, we will not back down. That you can hurt us, but we will seek you out, hunt you down, and bring you to justice. We will never give up and we will never stop hunting those that spill our blood. You can run, you can hide, but you can not wait us out. Because America will absolutely chase you to the very end of earth. And it's that fire in the belly that Canadians, British, and several others (who we consider friends) simply do not have themselves. And it is also that fire that has exalted our country over everyone else.
So you can not take this joy from me. You can deny it. You can say it's wrong. You can even sympathize with those that met their end. I ask you though... why do you sympathize with a man that used his own wife as a human shield as he saw death approaching? What an absolute coward and weak person. You can not shake this feeling of accomplishment we all feel and you could not silence the sound of joy and relief as 310 million Americans collectively yelled into the darkness and finally felt that justice had been done. |

Never said that, so don't put words in my mouth!
You know this for a fact that he used his wife, sounds like you were there.
310 million Americans did celebrate collectively. Can you prove this outrageous statement.
My country has been bombed to bits in the past, do you think you're the only country to suffer. Do you need reminding of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, that little experiment you carried out with the A bomb.
Oh, and what really annoys me about you types is the past atrocities you have committed on foreign soil. Whether that be in the last 10 years or prior to that. Ask Vietnam how they felt about more than 4,000 that died on their own soil, don't get me started on Laos, you probably don't even know what your own god dam country did!! I've seen deformities on babies in the last year 10 years in both these countries that all relate back to chemical laced bombs!!!
Loud and crass and definitely no class!! Have some god dam dignity for the hundreds of thousands CIVILIANS that you've either maimed or killed in the past ten years on FOREIGN soil. But hey, no bigger, no problem!! You invaded Afghanistan and put a puppet in power same with Iraq, and Binny was supposedly found in Pakistan. Tell you what invade Pakistan now, why not, you are the mighty USA USA USA!!

Canada just admits and houses the terrorists until they go do their deeds in the US. |

Really? An Englishman berating another nation for past war atrocities? Spare me. And you do realize Britain was there right alongside the US in Iraq and Trashcanistan. And Canada was there in Trashcanistan as well. Im so tired of commonwealth citizens getting all indignant and calling Americans warmongers when your countries are right there fighting side by side. |

You were the one screaming and cursing. I wrote what many have pm'ed me said was a beautifully worded response. Come on now, I thought you Brits were supposed to be the proper ones.
You speak as if America acted in all those situations unprovoked. I remember the A bomb, do you remember Pearl Harbor? I remember Vietnam, do you remember the Tet Offensive?
America did not seek war with Japan, it was brought to us. America did not seek war with Laos, they involved themselves. America did not seek the death of terrorists, they brought that to our door step.
For all the bashing you and others do to America, you conveniently leave out the reasons why America finds herself in those situations. Was it not the Kuwaties that begged for American intervention? Did South Korea and Japan not implore America help hold Pusan and repel the communists? Did Churchill himself not make it clear that if America did not involve herself in the war she would lose a great ally when Britain itself would inevitably have been overrun?
Your selective memory does not strengthen your arguments. It instead weakens them and calls into great question your own credibility. |
