Well here's the thing. I kind of agree with everyone on this issue. If you take the chance, you face the wheel, no matter where you are. There is no question Indonesia will do as it sees fit. It is their country and their law. In a way, she is lucky because she'll live (though being shunted around inside Indonesia's penal system for the next 20 years won't be much of a life). Unfortunately for Bali, it will have an adverse affect on their tourist-based economy. Jakarta must be loving that.

The family are being pumped up to make off the cuff remarks against Indonesia and the Oz govt by gay Ray and the Niners, but all it does is make them look like brain-dead arseholes. The only people profitting from all the chest-beating nationalism are the networks. Bastards. I wanna go back to Korea. This country's getting too Pauline again.

As you know, the lack of fingerprinting and destruction of the evidence has placed a huge smoky question mark above the verdict. Even if she is guilty, it is difficult to respect the court's decision. Unfortunately, the emotive reactions of some have damaged the whole argument, although Corby's friends and family have every right to be outraged - that at least is unavoidable.

Absolutely.

In fact this VIDEO here gets quite interesting shortly after the 15 minute mark. Repeated stories of those dirty bastards planting drugs in people's bags.

Authorities have known now for some time that corrupt baggage handlers working as part of a international drug smuggling ring were working the SAME DAY she went through Sydney airport.

God bless the world's "corrupt-free" authorities eh ??? Shocked

To cover their ass she'll have to either hang or face the firing line.

I hope another natural calamity does not befall Indonesia soon, as long as that 20 year sentence sticks. They will miss out on the Australian generosity a bit methinks.

Kudos to them for being so generous with tsunami relief.
