Timely! Anyone here NOT hit a kid, but rather drag him to the Director's office, and then have the kid accuse you of hitting him? Well, this happened to me just today! Yay! Got dressed down by my director, him telling me that hitting kids is illegal in Korea, etc., etc. all before I could tell him I didn't hit the kid! I had to drag the kid out of class because he would not leave the class after I told him to about 10 times, he thought I was obviously "kidding," clutching onto the desk, door, chairs as I was trying to pull him out of the room. Still laughing, his laughter turned into cries when he saw I was not just taking him out of the room, but rather straight to the Director's office. Then, when I came back to get him after the 3-minute time-out, he told director that I hurt him. Anyway, my Director did back me, and said he would back me, but I'll know more tomorrow. Maybe pushups don't work as well as I thought...not just for his scene, but for the lying about me hitting him, he SHOULD be hit...by someone! Not me, but this kd really needs a beating.
