I cited my sources and in the academic community regarding the holocaust, that I am party to and of, it is now accepted (after a long fight against ignorance) defacto that the holocaust was in very LARGE part, an outcome of judeo christian hate and cultural , ethnocentrism. I think one of the best books and timeless ones , you could read would be Bridge over the River Drina. Ivan Andric. Get it, if you can afford a few pennies after reading something from say Stephen Jay Gould on the errors of Malthus and others....It would inform you a lot about how Muslims are interwoven into other cultures, that despite the mallarky of present, they are of many different forms and are PEOPLE. Something your eugenical approach eliminates from all calculations.....

The origin to Jew hating cannot be catalogued for certainty.
However here is an early writing that could shed some light on the Issue:
