Wow, so much to say, but I dont really care anymore if I sell it or not. My price still stands.

Let me just remind you all that think my price is too high. One of the reasons that my price may be 'high' in some of your estimations is the software that it comes with. As far as I know (last time I checked) Office 2003 Pro costs more than W300,000.

Yes I know most of you dont give a crap about legal software but I do, mine is all legal. You will have no problems at all with activation ever.

And as far as my position goes, yes I am in the IT field, I do know the value of laptops IN KOREA. Dont come with links to ebay USA or Dell USA. And yes in Emart etc you will get cheap laptops, but with my laptop the only "low" feature is the CPU, all else is above standard.

Enough about this though, I think we have all said our say.

I want to say thanks for those who agree with me and realize what this is worth, and to those who disagee, I really dont care. Really, so stop posting here and get a life.

If you think its too high, move along, there are many other laptops for sale (on daves even) that you can complain about.

I think I should make this my new slogan for my sig. "Opinions are like a$$holes, everyone has one".

Good specs. However, 3 years old is 3 years old and spliff is not smoking too many of his namesake with his original offer.

About pirated software. We are in Asia for christsakes!

you bunch of t.u.r.d.s.

I was going to buy the laptop, but, my wife had a say in the matter. Embarassed

Here is my opinion: This is a great deal for several reasons:

LEGAL LEGITIMATE SOFTWARE EASILY VALUED OVER $400
The laptop is cared for by a professional. It isn't cared for by the 2 year old down the street. Therefore, you are getting a good, reliable machine.

The specs are pretty damn good for a laptop. Quit the bitch'en and start bidd'en.

You guys are still at it I see. Rolling Eyes It's not an unknown fact that you can buy a comparable or better laptop for around this price new. Albeit, this most likely will come with pirated/copied software. I think some value here lies with the software that is included. I trust that it is a well taken care of laptop with legitimate software. I already have Vista Home Premium and Office 2003, so it's not a value for me, but I'm sure someone will be happy with it.

As far as the price being inflated. That's simple; if you don't like the price, then look elsewhere.

Okay, granted (and I'm not trying to be an Azzhole...I respect Giant on this forum) but, it's used, what if it goes south a week after purchase? Then, you're *beep* outta luck! That's all I'm saying and that's why I wouldn't shell out top dollar for it...I'm not saying it's a bad machine...It's decent. Smile

With regards to software, thats your standing, you may or may not eventually have hassles, but what about the person who does not know how to 'crack' Office and XP?

With regards to warrenty thats not entirely true. I said I replaced the HD 2 weeks ago, so thats still under warrenty. The only thing that usually goes on a laptop is the hard disk and optical drive. I did also have the optical drive replaced about 6 months ago, so thats still 'new'.

Either way, one is not totally *beep* outta luck with this laptop. Parts are still available and one can still get A/S on it.

I can get the newest version of MS Office legally for ~8$.

I am looking for a laptop, but I am only buying used if it is a *very* good deal. Why pay 800$ for a used comp when I can get a new one that's even better for 200$ more? I would consider buying this for about 550 or 600.

agreed. spliff is the very definition of a troll and a cheapskate. giant could have put a price for 500,000 won... and spliff would still try to lowball him with a ridiculous offer. Rolling Eyes
