standings after 24 weeks of Saturday night pick-5 competition:
Champion Tigerbeer: 86
runner-up The Cube: 84
VanIslander: 79
Free World: 75
canuck in Ansan: 71
TMKTM: 65
Fredbob: 47
Congrats to Tigerbeer, and sympathies to the Cube. He was right there neck and neck, though he could never take the lead. Very competitive. Just like he was in the last Dave's hockey competition (which I'd won).
If you guys wanna do a playoff competition as well, go ahead. But the original rules was for a Saturday night pick-5 competition. Changing the basic rules midseason ain't something I'm keen on.

Hehe I've got nuts over the hockey.
Surprised there haven't been more NHL threads here but I guess it'll start up soonish once the season begins.
Got tickets to see the Canucks play the Oilers at GM during my last night in Canada, so I'm looking forward to it.
