| I know I'm Probably being one-eyed but, to me, the Kiwis played a better game. If it was not for that pass and the sin binning there would be two less tries scored. It sucks that the game was decided by what was clearly poor officiating. Just my opinion. |

Barnes was given control of four matches at the World Cup, those being South Africa v Tonga, Samoa v USA (both Pool A), New Zealand v Italy (Pool C) and Ireland v Georgia (Pool D). Is the primary reason the all blacks lost at the earliest stage of any cup they have attended. I wish nothing but pain on suffering on the man and question how the rugby union could let a ref with only 2 years experience over see a match. bad calls from a bad referee.

Your average post adolescant, level headed, All blacks rugby fan realises that with 70 something percent of the possession and a high percentage of territory, regardless of the refs shortcomings, the game was ours to lose. |

I'm a Kiwi and am ...
disinterested in rugby. After playing it throughout my school years that was plenty enough. Apart from exercise I really can't see any further appeal to the game. (It is just a game - like chess, you know?) The latest negativity shows that Kiwis have become terrible sports. We used to be acknowledged as among the most 'sportsmanlike' personalities in the World.

True. However, the report on the news said that the number of incidents was above what one would expect following a typical weekend of sports and drinking. |

and I think that is probably typical of every country that gets knocked out of the world cup in their national sport.
Once again what is the beef with kiwis? I was always under the impression that people liked us as a country (from my experience). |
