Damn you guys must get up much earlier than me.

I usually eat 1-2 small whole wheat rolls and maybe have some brown rice green tea.

I guess I suck. Damn I'm gonna have to make some of you breakfast foods for dinner this week.

Twice a month, I make a batch of oatmeal muesli with dried fruit and nuts. I have that most mornings with some fresh fruit and milk.

Looks a bit like this: http://www.wikiwak.com/image/Muesli.jpg

brunch, as I never work mornings so often just combine the first two meals about 10-11am

today: a beef stirfry with onions, peppers, mushrooms, a dash of olive oil and ground black pepper and a small can of V8 juice added and then when almost ready two eggs mixed in with it all in the pan, eaten with some French bread and a large glass of orange juice

I usually eat cereal that resmbles cardboard, with low-fat milk... but I forgot to go to the store, so I dropped by Family Mart and had some Special K crackers and a coffee-flavored milk! Happy Wednesday everybody Smile
