The racing missions are a huge turn off. OMG I hit a pebble and my cart flips over, race over.
I wish Rockstar had incorporated a "rewind" feature like in Forza 3. I've been racing the same damn race like 20 times and I always fail it.
Cart flips over.
Go down the wrong path.
Ran over a phantom spectator.
etc...
I think the rubberband AI is the most annoying. I'm easily beating my opponents when suddenly they get nitrous boost and pass me.
I wasn't a huge fan of the racing missions in GTA4 either. If I wanted to race, I'd play Need For Speed or Forza. |

| Hmm, the racing one took a few tries but I was fine, though the mission with Bonnie breaking in horses I failed numerous times as I wasn't sure what horse I was supposed to get. After awhile it let me choose to skip the mission and pass it but not get any achievements which I was fine with. Perhaps after enough failures you can opt for the same choice? |

Do you always keep a full supply of horse pills and apples?
i turn my horse into a junkie for every race and i've never gotten close to losing (but i did lose that first race to bonnie since it was at the beginning)
also, don't try to accelerate around corners, i just hold the X button then. |

If you're racing, tap the X button ever 1-2 seconds (instead of tapping like crazy)...
When you start to run out of stamina, hold down X until it's recharged (or use pills/apples/etc)...
Never had a problem, never lost a race |

| Extra Punctuation makes some great points about this game. |

| Has anyone gotten the DLC on a PS3? I have a Korean version of the game but a US account. I don't want to pay for it if it won't work (like Little Big Planet and Borderlands). |

I disagree with that guy. He wants survival mechanics? Eating, drinkings, etc...? Maybe the writer should go back to playing The Sims and leave the REAL games to others. |

Seems you missed the point. He wasn't calling for survival mechanics as a "must-have" in and of themselves, but it would give the game something that resembles a point.
Anyway....
RRR isn't a 'game' and neither is the Sims, for that matter. They are messarounds. |

| Sorry to resurrect an ancient thread, but can you download the downloadable content on this game in Korea? |
