I still just can't get my head around the fact that he felt the need to stop her over Jaywalking. The traffice was not heavy from what I can tell.
Was he simply being an A$$? That really is the problem with sops using thier authority for a power trip.
I remember one night I was out with girl for a drive. A cop follows me for about ten minutes, I was breaking no rules, he turned around and left me, stopped, turned around and pulled me over. I asked him why he gave no reason. I asked if I had done anything wrong and he asked me if I was drinking. He gave me the breathalyzer, which I passed and still gave no reason why he pulled me over.
I think it was him just being bored and looking to start a problem when ther was no threat to society going on.
He had a different name from where I was from and I asked him what ethnicity it was and he told me he was my enemy because he was English and my last name Irish. Go figure eh?
