This is perfect!
I'm Korean/Australian and am accustomed to the Korean perception of beauty, etc. Tell them this with a smiling face, as if it were a compliment and it'll throw them way off. Like a punch so far left field that it wont register even after its hit and they're reeling on the ground.

They won't know whether to be angry or not either. As an added bonus your physiological makeup won't be spoken about to your face ever again. Nothing you can do about the comments behind your back though.
