couple of great games today, the Pumas gave the All Blacks a heck of a game the final score doesnt indicate how close that game was until the 65th minute or so.
Still not sure about the SA-Aus game why was that SA try called back?
Only problem was getting a good stream, damm Star Sports for not carrying the knockout rounds |
I posted in another thread about how to watch the ITV broadcast here. You need a nifty little package called Tor UK TV catchup. The stream quality is decent and is pretty constant. No annoying pauses or interruptions. |

I was at Phillies the past 2 days and they were playing with the streams. I'll show that info to the guys there for the semi's etc, I'm sure they (most of the other bars in Itaewon etc) would like that info |

I missed that part but I think it was because it was a forward pass. I was slightly bummed that SA lost to Australia but life goes on; would like to see Wales (whom I think will bear France) or Australia take it simply because Kiwis are far too annoying and obnoxious when they win anything rugby-related. |

The Aussies defended well all game, but SA were unlucky with some of the calls. I thought my prediction was going to come true, but Aus squeezed through. Argentina put up a good fight and actually asked some questions of NZ. The other teams will have looked at that and seen how to take on the ABs.
Hold on to your sheep because I think it will be a NZ-Wales final. |

This is the reason I am so glad SA is out. Those Saffers up at Scrooges are UNBEARBLE when they either win OR lose. They get so aggro.
I recall during the tri-nations some guy in a SA rugby jersey sitting with his head on the pool table howling when South Africa lost. There were a whole lot of people standing next to him taking cellphone pictures with him. I don't think he realised, lol.
I honestly just hope the team that wins deserves it and plays the better game. South Africa certainly played better than Australia, and it was a pity they went out because of a crap ref. But that's the way it goes. |

Yep, only his own mother can take a liking to a Saffer. Anyhow, we can't all be the same. |

Australia vs Wales final.
Australia is too tight as a team. They know each others game.
Wales will be too organised for France. |

^ Pretty funny!!
I am getting tired of the Saffers bitching about the ref though. Fair enough, it wasn't the best called game in the history of the WC (rough calls against both teams I thought at times), but not to win a game - let alone score a try - with that much ball possession and territory can't all the be the ref. They definitely had their opportunities. Kinda have to give some credit to the Wallaby defence as well, I thought.
Looking forward to the coming weekend!
Wales vs France: France have had their one big game and Wales have just been splendid to watch this WC. Wales by 10.
NZ vs Aus: My head says NZ, but my gut says I could be wrong. Aussies do have a knack of getting their ddong together in any tournament situation. Could this be the biggest upset ever? It'll come down to the goal kicking and the odd Quade Cooper brain fart. NZ by 9. |

| I think Welsh fans are underestimating just how good France can be when they are firing on all four cylinders. I would dearly love Wales to do a number on France, but they need to be 100% on form because this French team looks like they are starting to get their shit together... |

The French admitted themselves that they have no organisation and no plan. The Welsh are strong and organised as a team. I think they'll do it. England wasn't up to much in the previous match, so it's hard to tell where the french are at. |
