It isn't just slavery but centuries of racial policies that enforce disparities still exist today.
Its also worth noting that black crime has actually steadily decreased the last 20 years. The main reason why it's so ridicosouly high is (a.) the criminal justice system is still incredibly racist at this point and (b.) the crack epidemic in the 1980s. |
Law enforcement tends to use the most aggressive crime fighting tactics in the highest crime areas. That's not a continuation of past racial policies. It's also worth noting that the guy who runs the US criminal justice system, Eric Holder, is black. He reports to another black man, Obama. |

Anger is a result of persistent injustice, lack of respect, social discrimination based on race.
If you are part of the social group that has been discriminated against, the anger is that much closer to the surface and that much more easily provoked.
White boys doing the provoking have lived comfortable pampered lives. Of course they have no store of anger.
Any Korea esl vet should be able to relate to this to some degree.
If you have experienced years of automatic negative discrimination and sour disapproval by Korean males then it tends to build up a quick temper just beneath the surface. Imagine then if your race and ancestry had suffered centuries of it. |

^that's wikketty-wack. I was once shat on by a pigeon while walking with students around downtown Boston - it hit me on the shoulder and I wasn't happy.
The Colombians and Brazilians immediately told me not to be upset because it was good luck and that something good was gonna come to me.
