It's actually a pretty good place. The transportation system (buses to be more specific) however could use more work...a LOT more work. Doesn't matter how full up the bus is...the driver will always stop to let more people on. There is of course some finite capacity for how many people can fit on a bus...but most of the bus drivers seem bound and determined to reach it.

I heard living wise Korea is better than China but working wise China is better than Korea. What do you think of that statement? Sort of disagree?
