By the way, how many national languages does the US have?

Do you mean official languages? That's be 0. Or do you mean languages actually spoken in the US? That'd be 176.

Wrong, smartypants.

Embarassed I stand corrected.

Of course, that doesn't make the US any less multiculture than Canada.

I cannot believe that there is actually a debate on this.

Seriously? Canadians think that because your goverment TELLS YOU SO, that you are more or as diverse and multicultural as American, land of opportunity for all brown people? You cannot actually believe this. It's not up for debate when we have clear factual numbers on our side. I mean, off the top of my head I know that LOS ANGELES (ONE CITY!!!) had more immigrants from sweden than all of europe las year.

It's not a good or bad thing, to be honest, it's just a fact. The ironic thing is that some Canadians seem to brag about it more, especially to Americans which I find strange and misguided. What's the BFD about multiculturalism? How is this seen as bragging rights? Why do you believe every stupid thing your country tells you so that you may feel moralistic and superior? Especially when it's not true..

:::confused:::
