nowhere man:

The last refuge of the small mind is to fix on minor technical details.

"hearsay" is the correct spelling.

I forgot one other defect. There is insufficient provision for cross examination.

Yeah the details you put foward in your previous post for a start. Again you want to say that if the bible says 100 times unbelievers go to hell while the Koran says so more then the bible must be better? Yeah right.

that's a straw man..(and does the bible say 100 times that unbelievers got to hell?? You didn't read it all so you don't know) .and by the way I've got TONS of problems with the bible...Problem is I've got more with the Koran...

Lastly over a billion people in the world think that the Koran is the greatest book of all time and It's influence in history no less impressive..for that reason alone maybe you could spare some extra time to read it..then you might not come across as a TOTALLY ignorant...

Nonsense, your the one asserting because the Koran mentions unbelievers go to hell more often than the Bible then the Koran must be worse:

Quote:
...oh yeah and by the way which has more references to hell and fire for the non believers? The New Testament or the Koran....???

And that's just childish.

You know full well that was number used to make the point that it doesn't matter which religion makes the assertion most or least, just the fact that belief is held is bad enough. Your being disingenuous.

I know lots of people who are not familiar with the bible but they can i.d. a Christian zealot easily enough and give good reasons for giving them the birdie. They're not ignorant, on the contrary they're smart.

Again, a fanatic is a fanatic whatever they're pushing. Wouldn't you agree postfundie?

I can't stand fanatics of all sorts...especially ones that kill people ...but you wouldn't say that there aren't different types of fanatics would you...?

Also stop doing a little dance...take the time and read the Koran...Like I said over a billion people think it's the greatest so it might not only be worth reading but actually make you think more about Islam....

Thanks for the condescension, but no thanks.

Aren't you worried it might convert me into yet another one of THEM? After all you're one of the crowd around here who think its terribly fashionable to bash muslims and seem to believe the Koran is a book of black magic that turns readers into something like flesh eating zombies.

Anyway, revealed 'Truth' doesn't much interest me, as to 1 billion others, that's their opinion.

yeah whatever....I can't stand organized religion and the religion of that phony prophet muhammed bothers me so I'm a Muslim basher...I've never seen anyone argue so hard about not reading a book that's not much bigger than a couple of pamphlet's...ignorant and lazy...great combo

ps. I suppose if we saw a mother who always told her children that they were going you to hell you wouldn't think that was intellectually harmful, would you? What if then you saw the children spending hours and hours of their lives memorizing that crapola.....I'll take the Jesus Freak over the Suicide bomber any day of the week....
