Good morning, Grumpy Senator. How nice to meet you on this fine, fine day.
It's quite a leap to assume that my ipod was turned up just so atrociously high in the first place. Y'ALL.
For, alas, t'was not.
"Reasonable" is my ipod's middle name. |
Yet in this thread, you seem far from it. |
Actually she seems to be the most reasonable thus far.
Peace |
Agreed. She's also seems to be the most witty. |

| If you're wearing headphones and other people can hear your music, it's probably too loud for your own good. Then again, i did a lot of things in my early twenties as well for short-term gain that caused long-term loss, so carry on. |

YES!
Op...well done, I would have moved to a different seat away from that bitch who obviously had a chip on her shoulder about somthing.
However, you should watch the volume for the sake of your hearing. |

Curious, but are you calling him a "Kimmy" because he has the name "Kwon" in his member name?
It sucks, because I'm Asian in appearance but 100% American. My parents are white. And yet some Dave's members have had the ignorance to assume that I'm a nationalistic Korean when I disagree with them, just because I happen to have Asian features.
If that didn't make sense, sorry--jet-lagged, just got back from the US on vacation. |

I was not present to hear how loud the MP3 was, but I do know many Koreans will tell foreigners to be quiet and not dare tell that to other Koreans. I remember I was talking on my cell phone on the subway. I was not yelling in my phone, and I was not even sitting next to the guy. I was standing some meters away. I guess he wanted to read a book.
However, I see Korean men yapping loudly on their phones, and I have never, never, never seen a Korean tell one of them to stop talking.
The same thing happened to a friend who was whispering to her daughter, even. When she told the man there were people much louder than her, his lame excuse was he couldn't hear out of a certain ear.
What an excuse, eh? Another girl who was talking on her phone and was told to be quiet did what the poster did but worse and said while talking on her phone "Am I talking too loud for you?! Am I bothering you?!".
Seriously, they wouldn't say this stuff to Koreans, and we know how so many of them can be loud on the subway. I have yet to see a Korean say anything to another.. |
