Mine shipped out on May 5th and just arrived today at my office. They said in some cases it can take up to 17 days. Never again regular mail; always choose the FedEx option. I can't standing waiting for stuff like this. Going to have to call in sick tomorrow Razz

Wait until you get to some of the later missions. Some of them are pretty clever.

Story is good. It's much like all the other GTA's but more polished and funnier.

Just curious,

In another thread somewhere someone mentioned how they had to buy a new HD tv to play GTAIV. I have a 22' Zeus monitor but as far as I know it isn't HD, yet the game played fine this morning when I tested it out. When I checked the back of the game box it does say HDTV but does that mean your tv HAS to support HD or not?

No SD is fine as well.

I only use an SD TV.

Do you stretch the picture on your 22 or do you keep the black bars?

Well I went on a bit later than expected but still had a good time. I played 4 or 5 missions on single player than tried my luck at multi-player. Quite a few modes to choose from but one thing I noticed was there just weren't that many people playing on the servers that I was on. I mean it was like me and one other guy on "free mode" and even some of the deathmatch modes it was like 3 or 4 people. I was expecting with how popular the game is and the fact that it can support up to 16 players that most of the game modes would be around 13-16 people. The most I saw was like 8 or 10 though, kind of weird.
The cops and robbers mode was fun, supposedly it's only good for two rounds though before you have to launch it again. Still cool concept though. The race wasn't all that fun, didn't try the other GTA version though. Didn't do any of the get the cars for the mafia boss guy yet, try later. Anyway I went to bed at 3:00 a.m. so needless to say it's going to hit me later. Hope we can all get on sometime..........

I think it's probabl due to our time zone difference why people aren't on. Not too many Koreans have 360's..

Also this game wasn't as addicting as i expected.

one of the things i enjoy most about this game is calling roman and driving fares around the city. then when i get bored i piss off the cops by shooting people and escaping. im such a douchebag Razz

btw, im only about 10% into the game, but all the bridges leading out to the 2 other main islands are always closed by the police. anyone know what the deal is with that?
