It was 10 minutes approximately, though time perception is generally an issue when I do interviews. There was still daylight when I finished, let's put it like that.
They concentrated mainly on my age, how I would feel teaching those a little older then me. They went over my resume, asking how much of a background I have in linguistics (next to nothing, I was faintly heard to mumble in reply) and several other questions...probably not much help. But they made me feel quite comfortable, and dispite ranting a little about nothing in particular...as I tend to...it worked out fine.

Thanks for the congrats : )

Nice,

10 minutes sounds great.

When I went to my interview, I had to do a 10 minute presentation on a topic of my choice within the Applied Linguistics field.

7 faculty members were at the table interviewing me.

I thought a few more of the posters here had interviews also.
Hope all went well for them today.

I hear it did. I may have jumped the gun. But I still basically mean what I said. If you give a toss.

First off for which campus is it? The Seoul or Jochiwon?

My father presently works at the Jochiwon campus. He has worked with them for 3 years an going on to his 4th soon. He will likely not be renewed after his fourth as he will be 65. My father did not have a MA but two BAs. Plus 20 plus years of law experience.

They have had some interesting teachers there. I think they presently have a babtist preacher teaching and they even employed one guy with a physical problem one of his sides was paralyzed or just not able motion enough.

The school I think will choose education MA an that over BA. The ability to resist the urge to diddle students and cooperation. My father gets along with the students.

The camp can earn you a good portion more. They pay overtime an handsomely at that.

Skippy, your father is an English teacher? You need to ask him to give you some private lessons.
