According to Wiki ALL U.S states set their age of consent between 16-18.
I found that in about 5 seconds of Googling. Hard to believe Ritter couldn't have done that.
Face facts. He knew what he was doing was illegal. There was no way he could have reasonably known (100%) that the other person wasn't 15. It's not like the police officer would have told him.
He even logged off initially when he heard that...but then logged back on later. If he'd known she was of legal age, there would be no need to have logged off. |

According to www.ageofconsent.com, under certain circumstances in Colorado, Iowa, South Carolina, and Missouri AoC can be 14 or 15.
And in other countries (e.g. Korea) it is even lower. |
