|

Does anyone know about going about this?
I'm not in Korea anymore and I'm looking to get my pension refund. My employer gave me a number for Service Canada but they told me they can't help me if I wasn't working for a Canadian company.
And the number on the website is a hotline number for South Korea. |

Take a look at , www.nps.or.kr
There is a form you can download for overseas remittance.
(3) In case of a claim by mail in a foreign country
< Required documents >
- An application of attorney should be notarized from a notary's agency of the country in which you reside and it
will be attested by the korea embassy.
- A copy of your local bankbook(if you apply for overseas remittance - Application For Overseas Remittance and
a bank statement or void check which shows your name and account number are required.) |

Thanks. I saw that. I didn't really understand it though.
Some things about it:
- They want a notarized what???
- The form itself was confusing. For one example, nowhere on the form did it ask me to state who my employer was.
- It didn't give a mailing address. |
