Hey,

My contract is done at the end of October and I'm seriously considering taking three months off to study Korean and Sogang University.

I plan to go back home for a month before beginning the course and will be comming back to Korea on a tourist visa.

Do you think that will be a problem?

I'm Canadian and I get 6 months for a tourist visa. More than enough time.

For those of you here who have also taken time off to study, how did you handel your visa situation?

Did you get a student visa?

Or was the tourist visa okay?

And finally where did you stay while you were studying Korean and not working?

Thanks!
