I assume you mean the desktop system and NOT just the CPU (which is just a chip).

Go to Yongsan, get away from the I'Park mall and get over to the terminal building or better yet the son-in plaza.

You will find older desktop boxes in your price range.

Hi Gideon!

Can you tell me the shop name from where you bought it?

I would be glad to have a similar one that you have...

Cheers!

Correct if I am wrong, but you want a PC (not just a CPU) right? I think Giddeon is talking only about the processor and nothing more.

This is called a "system unit." Not a CPU. The Microprocessor is the CPU.

Right. Rolling Eyes

Its called a computer. The CPU is a microprocessor, unless you think the people who made the acronym are as dumb as one who cant figure it out. Central Processing Unit, for the challenged.

OP...get a clue before you buy. I mean, who goes looking for a piston when they mean a car?

Pshhhh, some people just need to lighten up. So the guy is not familiar with computers, who cares. In fact, that's probably the reason why he just wants a cheap computer to do the job. You don't need to be such an ass about it.

Well...most people are simply trying to explain to the op what they are looking for so as to not cause confusion. It's not just a cpu, and yet I don't think he/she understands that. That's all.

I was referring to the CPU -> Central Processing Unit.. NOT the system unit.. Good luck in your search.
