Is it possible to hire a boat for a day-long party cruise?

It's something I've done a few times in Hong Kong and it was a blast! A bunch of expats and locals getting together and hitting the high seas, going to remote beaches, hanging out, drinks, food, and tunes from noon til sundown.... get back, splash some cold water on your face and hit the city! Great times!

So - can it be done in Seoul, and if so....

I know the renting is possible...i've had some friends that have been involved in it in the past. We both could probably get a few bands interested too...And i know a few guys that import beer! Good times.
