Does anyone know if I can work a winter camp Legally, maybe starting in January, if I'm already employed at a hogwon?
I work fulltime Monday to Friday but would be open to working weekends for some extra cash. I think my boss would be okay with it if its legal.
Thoughts? |

As I understand it after reading the law,
1) you have to have the written permission of your boss,
2) you have to have prior approval from immigration (prior to the job, not prior to your boss's permission)
3) the information has to be on the back of your ARC and finally,
4) although your second job can be for another educational institution, it cannot be for another hogwon. At least, what the law specifically says, including emphasis, is "Addition of private academies NOT allowed." It goes on to say that "Public or private schools, training institutes and further educational institutes ONLY." I'm assuming that "private academies" refers to hogwons, but I may be wrong about that. |
