who can tell me a TRIED and TRUE way to everland?

over chuseok i attempted to take my boyfriend there. first, after internet research - including the everland site itself - i attempted to take an express bus from nambu. second, after finding out that just doesn't happen for whatever reason, i was directed to gangnam express terminal, where i was promptly redirected to yet another terminal. after hitting up whatsitsname terminal and being told that i had to go back onto the subway to yangjae station, get out, and catch bus number 5002.
think the bus showed? nah. after waiting 40 minutes for the mysterious bus that never came and wasting hours on a wild goose chase, i furiously gave up - the day was more than half over.

cheers to korean tourism. it f$%#ing sucks.

i do want to attempt again - at some point.....once i cool down.

can anyone help?
cheers.

There are a couple that go from points in Seoul to Everland and they drive past my house. I will check the endpoints and bus numbers when I get home from work and post back here.

5002 goes to Everland about three times an hour sometimes two.

Wait outside Steffe Hotdog up from Gangnam station exit 6 keep walking it's on the left shortly after Girodano's.

You could always take a taxi -- 30k.

BTW Everland is pure Shiite

From Sadang station (light blue line) you can catch the 1500-2.

It also goes by Seohyun station (yellow line). Walk out the doors by Krispy Kreme donuts (if you see a KFC you are on the wrong side). Turn around and go back the other way.

Walk straight down the plaza (KK donuts on your left side). Cross the small road. When you get to the big road, turn left. Walk about 2 short blocks down to the bus stop. You can't miss it. The bus is on a 10 -15 minute frequency.

Everland is a joke...my school gave me a years free pass but I only went once. The only redeeming thing about it is the Czech Beer garden where they have some before unheard of European draft beer and bratwurst w/ sourkraut....still not all that great, though, IMHO.

I've not been to any other theme parks (like Disneyland), but I'm hoping that they are nothing like Everland.

It was kind of embarrassing how lame it was.

Haha...I've been to Disneyland and Everland and would have to say that Everland is like Disneyland cheesy x 5. And the rides suck too.
