Furnished on suite room in a nice 2 bedroom apartment near Haebangchon. I'm looking for someone to share the apartment I am living in.
My room/flatmate has finished his job and is going home. I am looking for someone to share this nice apartment. You will have a big on suite room. The apartment is furnished and it is in a nice location. You would have to pay half of the rent (550,000won) and half the key money 2.5m.
Also pay half the bills/internet/water. We have internet/computer and a water machine. Water only costs an extra 10,000won a month each. Internet is about 30/40,000 a month. Obviously you'd only pay half of that.
I'm 25(man I guess), from the UK and I teach. Prefer someone who teaches as well but I'm not too fussed.
