Why do all of these asian airlines (singapore, asiana, KE) have these weird deals, where if i want to go to Thailand for only 15 days or less, then the ticket costs 450,000 won, but if I want to go for more than a month, then it costs 900,000 won??? |

Airlines use extremely complex mathematical models to set prices.
Although, think they might be missing something somewhere.
Roundtrip ticket from Wichita, through Chicago to Bloomington was $306.
If I want to fly to Chicago, spend some time in Chicago, and then fly
out of Bloomington that was around $100 more. If I skip the second
leg of the round trip ticket then they cancel the whole thing. |

i just bought a round trip ticket from hong kong to sydney, via ho chi min city on vietnam airlines.
it was less than half the price of a round trip ticket from ho chi min city to sydney on the same plane.
