My hubby ordered 4/5 sealed transcripts from his Univerity in Whales 3 weeks ago, and they haven't arrived yet till now. We're getting impatient about this and I want to ask how long does it normally take to get the transcripts from the University u've ordered ? Do we have to call that Uni?

Call that university. It depends on the institution. My university took about a week. I could have rush ordered them and paid for them to Fed Ex them if I so desired, but I wasn't in that much of a hurry. Regardless... different institutions have different policies. I'd call to ensure that the request has processed correctly, and if it has to ensure that the items haven't been lost in shipping.
