As much as I'd love to see England retain the cup, I think New Zealand will take it |

I voted for South Africa...New Zealand flatters to deceive and they always choke in the big games...this year will be no different... |

I voted for NZ even though I support South Africa
I reckon this year the teams that proved themselves the last 4 years will be rewarded during the world cup and the teams who concentrated on "we are building for the World Cup" will be exposed...like France |

Wales won't win and will be lucky to get a QF place so I would like Argentina to win and I think they will do well and get a semi final place.
Who wins is who has the best squads, Argentina have a good, experienced first 15, but when injuries kick in it will be hard.
Be nice to see NZ and their haka get an ass kicking. When I was in
NZ, stupid kiwis would always say about the 'shyt pommie rugby you have
to watch': 'its the year of the world cup (2002) where are you? thats right
you aren't there for the 6th consecutive time'
One trick pony sporting nation, be great to see them choke in the final. |

I dunno, Wales can be fairly strong at times, and they are fielding a side which looks pretty similar to the 2005 6 nations! I can't see them having any problems against Fiji, Japan and Canada, plus they have a great advantage be able to play two of their group games in Cardiff. |

I always remember when the samoans did them in the opening group game in 1991.
And when they lost to Canada and Romania at home at the arms park, I have never recovered from that since.
We need a Johnathan Davies to repeat 1987, beating Australia for 3rd place would be a fantasy now.
Losing so heavily to a crap England last month is a bad, bad sign |

At least we have a trick
72 minutes gone in our first game against Italy, 76-12, waiting for the conversion. |

the rugby world cup is basically a joke...only seven or eight countries are really competitive...so the real action will commence with the quarter finals...Italy is a great footballing nation...but rugby...sheesh...wonder how the "all whites" would go against the azzuri...it's too painful to consider... |

G.o.d. i hope NZ doesnt win it again cos if they do when i get back to NZ we'll never hear the end of the 'they're gods not men' syndrome and all the usual rugby BS that dominates the media in godzone
Most of the world doesnt give a toss about the stup1d game anyway. I know i dont. I play and follow the true world game 'Football'. |
