i probably don't do this the most efficient way, but here's how i do it:
download audacity (freeware) and record the audio from your avi as it plays. audacity simply records whatever is playing through your speakers.
it's a good program ... and you can dowload a portable version to, if you go to portableapps.com |

| Yeah, audacity is awesome. I use it to record listening activities from the web and embed the file into a powerpoint. Good fun! |
