| I'm planning on going down to DeokJeokDo for the weekend, and I've seen a few things on naver that i found and so on, but I was just curious if anyone here has been and had anything to say about it. Exactly how did you go? Where did you stay? Any other hints or tips about the place you could pass on? Any of the surrounding islands any better than DeokJeokDo? |

I went a few years ago. It's nice and quiet~ but as the summer kicks in it will get ery noisy and busy. Better to go in the off-season, I would say.
I can't remember many details. We stayed in a decent hotel near a beach for about $30-40 a night. It was expensive. Some of the other islands are pretty good.
you can get a ferry accross from the terminal in southern Incheon.
Good luck! |

| Deokjokdo is fantastic...i have one tip tho...if you want groceries, take them with you. There are some good restaurants, but not too much in the way of decent grocery stores. They have shops selling booze and sn ack foods, otherwise it pretty sketchy. |
