Korean won exchange rate - When to sell sell sell?

1 Australian dollar fetches 820 won. Im not sure if its the aussie dollar that is good or the korean won is bad?

So im leaving the country in december. When is the best time to do the exchange?

Is it possible to leave the money in the bank until I better rate comes along and then do an international transfer? Im with KEB bank.
