| Do I need a special permit to drive that bike or is it the same as driving a 125 cc? |

You need a special permit and have to take a driving test if you want to follow the rules and be legal for anything above 125ccs |

| Thats true, and if you ever decide to take the test prepare yourself for an experience. Approx 95% fail rate. You really have to do a couple of hours of tight turning at slow speed practice around some cones. Sadly, decades of riding doesnt improve your chances in this test unless you rode in the circus!! |

| I have only ridden it occasionally since the law changed as I don't have a bike license. you need the bike license to ride this legally, be insured, etc. there are many unlicensed bike riders out there, but seeing as this is a family internet site, I do not recommend riding unlicensed. |

As the others have said, you'd need a Korean driving license and then take the bike test. Most people failed the day I took mine, but it wasn't a 95% failure.
I recommend anyone who wants to take the test to practice riding almost at a standstill - all about the balance... saying that, I passed without practice and I never joined the circus!
You can still get insurance, register the bike and get a plate without a Korean license.. |

Why so cheap? That's dirt cheap.
About licenses, you need either a Korean license with a motorcycle endorsement on it, or you need a valid foreign license with a motorcycle endorsement on it accompanied by a valid international drivers license with a motorcycle endorsement on it. |

Could you please send me a couple pictures of the bike: the gauges, the side and the exhaust side (not covered up this time.) Thanks!
