One of my co-teachers introduced me to his family today and took me to a place called the Sea House for lunch. I'm not sure if it's a nation wide chain or not, but I think that there may be a couple in the Daegu area.
Anyway, it's a kind of all-you-can-eat type affair where you simply walk around filling your plate up with all kinds of tasty things. It's very clean etc and the presentation, for what is basically a family eatery, was amazing with staff preparing food freshly as you graze.
The highlights for me was the sushi and the deep fried prawns which were incredible. The miniature deserts were pretty good as well.
Not sure what the bill came to for the five of us as he paid, but if there is one near you (the one we visited was in the far north of Daegu, sorry I can't be anymore specific, but it was my first time in the city), try and check it out. |
