Get on down to Santorini's Greek restaurant in Itaewon for some oh so wonderful stuffed grape leaves.

I've often wondered if I could approximate them at home using get-nip leaves - the tasty spicy perilla/sesame leaf that are the first leaves to go whever I have kalbi...

Haven't tried yet. What's the dressing? Vinegar and sugar?

I thought of that...I guess it's possible, but those seemed a bit overpowering for Dolmades.
