Hi, there
I need to scan quite a few important documents ASAP. Does anybody know where I can use a scanner for public access in Seoul??? any libraries??? I have tried a few PC bangs in Itawon but there were no scanner at all.

all over the place in seoul, one at hongik univ station, one somewhere near sinchon station, try www.kinkos.co.kr

You can try a copy shop, especially near a university. Quite often, they have faxes and scanners for use at the shop.
