| Ok... the "taped sound, but no live sound" is getting really annoying. I wonder if any cable company has got even one complaint. At least last year I could hear the crazy Chinese announcers, but this year nothing. |

Have the same problem with C and M Cable..
No sound on Star Sports 90% of the time...I hate it..
I made a complaint...through my gf..Technician came around...he said they never had this complaint before.. I got no answer..He changed the box..and well I knew that would have no effect!
Maybe if more people complain....then the company will actually understand the problem..
My friend uses a company called Gangnam Cable..and he has no problems with sound!!!
I have made the complaint twice and the company havent given me a solution...Not sure what else I can do..
I cant use Gangnam cable, because...its not my district!!
Not sure why two different cable companies provide a different service... |

| I've been here for 3 years with 3 different cable providers and they all had the same problem at one point in time. |

have the same problem here in mapo-gu also with c&m. dont know why they do this. problem is nobody there speaks english |
