Hopefully I spelt that correctly, anyways, if you like hiking and biking, is this the place to come? what's a good city to live in? Sokcho looks like a handy place being near Seoraksan, any other recommendations?

i was in taebaek for 8 months. taebaeksan is a good mountain to climb. it's a small town (40,000?) and it's trying to promote itself as a 'sports center'. and it's close to GangwonLand (casino).
gangneung is nice. ditto donghae and samcheok. |
